In each villa a furniture pack, consisting
of hard furnishings, lamps, drapes, pillows, one phone and one 21"
television per villa, is included. Telephones are connected to the
STC from the PABX switchboard which supports fast internet connection and
are billed monthly at STC rates.
All properties have international direct dialing
capability.
BAJRAI Garden Village is supplied by
mains electricity and city water supply. Each property is constructed from
pre-cast concrete to high specifications and has a central
air-conditioning and supplementary heating system, major kitchen
appliances, luxury bathrooms and a guest washroom. Most living area floors
are finished with marble tiles, while the bathrooms have ceramic tiles and
the bedrooms are carpeted.
